• Geographic Reach - Freedom Court Reporting provides comprehensive coverage and centralized deposition scheduling for every venue worldwide. Relationships with full service court reporting agencies are available in most major metropolitan areas and legal markets.

• Court Reporting - We offer experienced, competent reporters who get the job done when you need it.

• Web Casting - Our video streaming service is a high quality internet broadcast of live proceedings that observers can view live or on demand from the comfort of their office PC, or from any computer that has a high speed internet connection. Optional features include the streaming of realtime text and chat windows to communicate to participants.

• Videotaped Depositions - Freedom Court Reporting uses state-of-the-art video technology for all videotaped depositions. Our comprehensive video services include video depositions, CD-ROM conversion, transcript/video synchronization, digitizing, editing and duplication, and courtroom playback. We provide videotapes that are time/date stamped for integrity. Freedom Court Reporting also certifies the authenticity and integrity of the master tape and any copies.

• Interactive Realtime Transcription - Our court reporters are expert in the use of interactive realtime. Interactive realtime technology enables attorneys to receive transcript text on their laptop computers as it is being created via an electronic connection with the court reporter’s computer. Users can quickly and easily mark relevant segments of a transcript at the precise moment that testimony is being given. Interactive realtime software also allows an attorney to receive transcript testimony from a remote location via modem.

• Deposition Database/Website Repository - This database contains all depositions of witnesses taken by Freedom Court Reporting for counsel representing a particular case or organization. The database is updated daily. Authorized counsel will have remote, electronic access to this database and can search and retrieve information pertaining to a particular case or obtain transcript copies. Depositions are scanned and uploaded onto the website and attached to the associated transcript. Your attorneys and outside counsel have access to transcripts from any location, 24 hours per day, each and every day. Transcripts can be printed from the web site. Key word searches can be performed within the transcript.

• Online Scheduling - Attorneys can schedule via freedomreporting.com as well as, schedule or change orders through the Internet via email to Freedom's scheduling department.

• Electronic Confirmation - Freedom will confirm all services scheduled through our website electronically via e-mail. Freedom promptly confirms the receipt of all orders for depositions and/or transcription services. In addition, Freedom will confirm all scheduled depositions the day prior to the scheduled event.

• Audio Transcription - We provide a full range of audio transcription services. The services include transcription of tapes of interviews, telephone conversations and meetings. In addition to transcription, we provide proofing and a hard copy of the transcript and a diskette in Word Perfect, Word or ASCII.

• Translation and Interpreting Services - If testimony requires certified translation or interpretation capabilities for a particular case or deposition, or translation or interpretation services of documents on an as-needed basis, such services will be priced on a case-specific basis. We also have national affiliates that provide translation and interpreting specialists in over 90 languages.

• Conference Room Facilities - We provide free access to conference rooms in many locations throughout the United States. You’ll be able to save time and money by scheduling depositions and arbitrations.

• Videoconferencing - Freedom Court Reporting can provide videoconferencing capabilities in any U.S. venue and abroad.

• Compressed Transcript with Word Index - A compressed transcript and word index will be provided with every transcript to the attorney taking the deposition.

• ASCII Disks - Freedom Court Reporting provides transcripts in ASCII format to counsel. The ASCII file will be a character-by-character and line-for-line duplicate of the original transcript and will conform to standard ASCII format.

• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) – Freedom Court Reporting can “OCR” your documents to enable your attorneys and staff to conduct full-text searches.
